What about pickups?
We're unable to provide pickups at this stage, sorry.

How much does shipping cost?
$6 nationwide… And it’s not just standard postage, it’s couriered to you with track and trace. Your tracking number is included in the email you receive when we fulfil your order.

Edit @16/01/26: 
Today we have changed our shipping price from $5 to $6. Over the last 8 years the cost of shipping has skyrocketed and we need to offset this. We hope that $6 continues to feel cost-effective for you. 

When will I receive my package?
We send packages each morning during the week.  Orders received after Friday morning, and during the weekend, will be sent on Monday morning. Once we send your order, it should be with you within three working days. It might take more than three working days if you are rural or the week contains a public holiday.

Where should my package be sent?
Somewhere that a person will be present to receive it. Most people find work a good place to receive their packages because someone is guaranteed to be there.

Where the hell is my package?
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing a link to a page to track your parcel. If things are really taking a long time, over 4 days, get in contact with us and we can harass the carrier.

The courier came but I wasn’t home… What should I do?
Contact the courier company! :)

My package was damaged, what should I do?
Get in contact with us immediately. Send through some photos and a description of the damage and we can get that sorted for you.
